Founded in 1999, Crescent Hill Place Retirement Home is a family-owned establishment that provides sensitive and professional care for seniors. Our “home-like”setting rather than institutional environment and our “family” mentality amongst staff and seniors allow the residents to feel that they are safe and secure and living amongst friends. A dedicated and caring team of licensed and specially trained experts assist residents with their daily needs while preserving their dignity and autonomy. Located on an acre of manicured grounds, we offer accommodations such as private and semi-private rooms, wheelchair and chairlift accessibility and a formal dining room. HOME HEALTHCARE & PSW NURSES
24 hours/7 days a week, our experienced team of professionals provide expert medical care including: On-call Doctor, Foot Care Specialist , Medication supervision, Nutritional support and personal care entailing Bathing and personal hygiene requirements, laundry and maintenance of personal living space.
HOSPICE
A terminal illness is difficult and often overwhelming. Our staff help residents and their families face these challenging days with dignity and compassion. Our team approach addresses the needs and wishes of the resident, from medical and pain support to household and nutritional assistance as well as emotional and spiritual support.
PRIVATE DUTY
Sometimes all a parent or loved one needs to remain independent is a little extra support. We have the resources to help with personal care, shopping, and household management. RESPITE CARE
Our services are available on a long term or short term basis including convalescent and vacation care. We cater to what your specific needs are. We also provide respite care for the Mentally and Physically challenged.

February 2022, my mother (dementia) was discharged to Crescent Hill Retirement Home by Brampton Civic Hospital. It is small with a homey atmosphere - relaxed and friendly - and her caregivers are very conscientious, patient, friendly and kind. The neighbourhood is pretty for walks and sitting outside. Because dementia reduced my mother's ability to advocate for herself, we appreciate how she receives so much individual attention from consistent staff who notice subtle day to day changes. Her cognitive impairment is now severe and Crescent Hill has accommodated her needs for additional care. My mother is content and we're happy that BCH directed us to this gem.

“I don't do referrals often. However there are exceptions and Crescent Hill Retirement Home is clearly an example of this. My mother passed recently and she would have celebrated her 95th birthday in March 2017. Mom had a long life and she enjoyed a relatively good one health wise. I believe a major reason for that quality of life in her last 8 yrs was due directly to the care given by the good people at Crescent Hill. The folks operating this home attended to our mom above and beyond. The clean modern facilities provided a safe and secure environment and the quality of meals prepared for all of the residents were always nutritious and good. The staff are all professionally trained to give that extra care when needed. Mom's three surviving children never once in the eight years she was there ever worried about her well being or safety.
